• Color Speak Scan operates offline and does not store, transmit, or share user data.

• The App does not collect personal information, but it may require access to your camera and NFC reader to function properly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in color recognition, QR/NFC scanning, or OCR text recognition.
• We are not responsible for any incorrect results, misinterpretations, or consequences arising from the use of this App.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
• Users accept all risks associated with using the App, including misinterpretation of recognized content.
