What’s the biggest risk you’d like to take — but haven’t been able to?
If I had to name one risk I’ve always wanted to take,
it would be working abroad — especially in Japan.
Not just visiting or staying for a while,
but really living there, facing the culture,
and starting everything from zero.
The thought alone feels both exciting and unsettling.
When I was younger, I thought there would always be time.
But as life goes on, responsibilities grow,
and the comfort of stability becomes harder to leave behind.
It’s not fear — it’s the quiet knowing
that once you step out, things may never return to how they were.
Still, maybe someday I’ll go.
Not for success, not for escape,
but just to prove to myself
that I once took a real risk.
