What aspects of your cultural heritage are you most proud of or interested in?
A man of prayer once described Taiwan this way:
Compared to other countries, Taiwan has countless temples,
and most of them seem to answer back.
Temples here are not only places of worship,
but part of daily life—
a quiet presence by the market,
a steady rhythm in the city.
Faith and reverence do not change with the environment.
And what makes it even more special:
Taiwan stays open to every religion.
It is not about one single belief,
but about living together—
in harmony, in coexistence.
