What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
I have a super simple daily wellness habit:
Standing on one leg for one minute.
No equipment, no workout clothes needed—
I just do it while brushing my teeth or waiting for my computer to boot up.
People say slow jogging is great for your health.
But honestly, I’m a bit lazy,
so I went with the one-minute version instead.
I also take the stairs to the 7th floor from B2 every day.
No fancy fitness app—just me and gravity.
As for everything else? I leave it to fate 🤣
It’s my body, it’s my life.
If I can stay healthy the easy way, I won’t make it harder than it needs to be.
