  • 統計製程管制(SPC, statistical process control)

    Question Answer 我把生產期間的不良品剃除且不列入SPC計算可以嗎? SPC看的是連續性的資料，不存在剔除極端值的做法。 SPC可以用在產後分析嗎? 以管制圖來說，由於不是在生產過程進行管制，意義上只能算是統計數據分析。而Cpk、Ppk則生產過程和產後都可以使用。 明明樣本量測值都是連續的資料，為什麼還要把樣本分組? 不分組可以嗎? 管制圖是用在生產過程中，透過抽樣來預測異常風險。透過分組讓抽樣的樣本更能貼近群體(母體)的面貌。 如果我把所有生產數據都拿來計算，還需要分組嗎? 就統計來說，可以不分組。 生產線只有 go, no go 的情境，沒有量測值，還需要用管制圖嗎? 可以用但不見得能預測出異常的發生。 Read more
